Great Star Sighting.

Alex Rodriguez. Columbus Circle. Surprisingly free of hangers-on or autograph seekers.

He looked tanned and well-rested. Good news, I suppose, for Yankees fans.

What's your best star sighting, in NYC or elsewhere?

I saw Goldie Hawn a couple of weeks ago at the art supplies store on 57th between Broadway and 7th Ave. She looks just the same as she does in movies. She was working on some kind of painting project with one of the clerks - she was hanging on his every word... Very cool.
Erin Gray getting a taco in LA a few years ago.

JFK, Jr. - lobby of RH at 201 East 50th.

I saw this strikingly attractive man and realized I was staring at JFK, Jr. A gaggle of gawking women on the sidewalk looking into the lobby confirmed it!
I got to kick Spike Lee out of the Bulls locker room at the United Center in 1995. That was awesome.

I walked right by Bono somewhere in the 50s one night.

I also sat in an adjacent booth to Seinfeld and Colin Quinn on two separate occasions in different parts of town, days apart. Weird because both times his voice would drift over to our table and my first thought was a TV was on.
Robert Redford stood near me at the Gramercy Tavern coat-check sometime in the first year or two we lived in NYC. I gawked like a star-struck teenager!

Last month, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher walked past us as they exited their apartment building on CPW, where we were standing on the sidewalk with friends.
